Setpoint -- °C / Humidity -- %RH
Ready for a new cycle
Embedded engineering / interactive showcase
A configurable dryer platform with multistage programs, temperature and humidity control, and explicit safety states. Built for ESP32 CYD, with a hardware-independent C++ control core.

Setpoint -- °C / Humidity -- %RH
Ready for a new cycle
Hold time begins once the final stage setpoint is reached and the chamber is within 2 °C. Humidity stages also require a continuous humidity dwell. The maximum cycle runtime includes pauses and warm-up.
Use only on a trusted local network. HTTP does not encrypt access keys. Never expose the controller to the Internet.
Up to eight stages. Humidity 0 disables humidity completion. Fan values are PWM demand; relay fans run at full speed whenever demand is nonzero.
Programs and safety settings can only change when idle or complete. Saving never starts a cycle.
Use the device touchscreen for Wi-Fi, display, GPIOs, output polarity, PWM fan mode and interlock wiring. Saved Wi-Fi and wiring changes require restart. Board family and heating commissioning remain build-time service settings; heating is disabled in the default firmware. The simulator has virtual outputs only.
Only while idle or complete. Upload the OTA app image, not a merged USB image. Never update while heating or cooling.
Last 720 samples in RAM (one per 30 controller seconds). Device restart clears trend samples; the last cycle result is retained in flash. Browser simulation settings are saved locally, but running cycles never resume on reload.

Hardware adapters isolate the control core from ESP-IDF. A headless build supports other ESP targets; the supplied display adapter targets the two-USB ST7789 CYD.
Source, firmware and build instructions for the engineering prototype. Default firmware has heating disabled. Confirm your exact board and external protection before commissioning.
